GENERAL REGISTRATION  - Please register for the meeting first -- although you will be required to pay your registration fees in advance of the meeting (see terms below) - your registration completion does not obligate you or require immediate payment.

MAKE YOUR HOTEL RESERVATION - THE NAECS-SDE ANNUAL MEETING WILL BE HOSTED AT THE DOWNTOWN INDIANAPOLIS EMBASSY SUITES HOTEL. Our group rate is $139.00 for King Suites and $159.00 for Two Double Bed Suites.

PARTICIPANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING THEIR OWN RESERVATION AND PAYMENT.

• Attendees should call 317-236-1800 and ask for reservations. Provide your arrival/departure dates, and mention the group code ECS and group name - EARLY CHILDHOOD SPECIALISTS.

Scholarship-stipend recipients will receive a reimbursement check for travel and accommodations in the amount of $800. We will not be making hotel reservations or direct payments for scholarship recipients.

Registration fees can be paid via credit card, check or purchase order and must be received before May 15, 2012.  Please note: Registrants may choose to pay onsite but will incur a $50 late fee. 

• ($125) ALL CURRENT NAECS-SDE MEMBERS - scholarship recipients, full agency, associate and affiliate members in good standing (dues paid)

• ($275) NON-MEMBERS

Checks or P.O.s for registration should be made out in the appropriate amount to the National Association of Early Childhood Specialists in State Departments of Education (NAECS-SDE). Mail checks to:
